3.             Pre-tender conference will be conducted on 20 June 2008, 15.00 hours local time (meeting place UNDP Country Office, 39 Ayni Street, Dushanbe, Tajikistan. 

4.             Bids should be submitted in the sealed envelope and deposited at the designated box at the entrance of UNDP Office in Tajikistan at 39, Aini Street, Dushanbe, Tajikistan  not later than 4 July 2008, 10.00 hours local time (GMT+5.00). The cover of envelope should contain the following information - Bid Reference Number, the Date of Submission and the Name of the Bidder. All bids should be duly signed and stamped. Applications that are not duly signed and stamped, as well as late bids will be disqualified automatically.

5.             Bids will be opened in presence of Bidders’ Representatives, who chose to attend at the above address on 4 July 2008 at 11.00 hours local time (GMT+5.00).

6.             This letter is not to be construed in any way as an offer to contract with your firm.
