• A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 2 May 2012 (Wednesday) at 11:00 hours (Kabul time) in Qurban Ali Conference Room in the UNDP Country Office located at Shah Mahmood Ghazi Watt, Afghanistan.  Interested firms are encouraged to attend.

• Your offer comprising of all required documents shall preferably be emailed to itb.af@undp.org or send by courier service to the Procurement Unit, UNDP Country Office, Shah Mahmood Ghazi Watt, Afghanistan before 15:00 hours (Kabul time) on 13^th May 2012 2011 (Sunday). The subject should be typed as “UNDPAFG/2012/041 – for Supply and Delivery of IT equipment for UNDP Afghanistan.

• The size of attachments which could be sent to the above email address is 10 MB.  In case size of your attachments exceeding 10 MB, please spilt them into two or several emails considering the file size. Should you have any problems in sending the offer electronically, please send a message to itb.af@undp.org.

• Your submission will be considered upon the provision with this ITB the following, failure in providing the requested documents may grounds for disqualification of the bidder.
