Call for Expression of Interest: Reviewing the list of hazardous occupations based on Nepali laws in line with the International Instruments like CRC, C138, C182 and R190

The ILO is looking for a National Consultant to review the list of hazardous occupations based on Nepali laws in line with the International Instruments like CRC, C138, C182 and R190 under the support of the ILO's Asia Regional Child Labour (ARC) Project in Nepal.

The ILO Country Office for Nepal has extended the deadline for submission of Expression of Interest to 18 May 2022. Applicants who have submitted already, do not need to apply again.
 

Project title        : Asia Regional Child Labour (ARC) Project
Work duration   : Three months (June-August 2022)
Deadline              : Wednesday, 18 May 2022

This will be a short-term consultancy contract for a period of three months (June-August 2022) for which the consultant will be paid for a maximum of 20 workdays. Detailed information about the assignment, deliverables and required qualifications for the consultants is attached in the Terms of Reference .

Interested individuals are invited to submit an expression of interest electronically to KTM_Procurement@ilo.org  by 17:30 hrs. on Wednesday, 18 May 2022. Applications should have the subject heading “Expressions of interest to conduct a review of the list of hazardous occupations for child labour in Nepal “and needs to include:

•    Daily rate of consultancy fee, and confirmation of availability for the period
•    Updated CV highlighting relevant past experience with at least three references
•    Evidence of similar kind of work/assignment
•    Evidence to support/justify the proposed consultancy fee proposed
•    Work plan for the assignment.
