New amendment added #1: The amendment request will cover the following: Add prebid meeting notes to tender documents.Adding additional subproject - Education street in Amran ( IUS-PR-RMF-AMR-002) the following had been a changed in reference to each tab: General Tab - An addition of 7 Calander Days add to tendering process ( Deadline).Particulars Tab - Contact Signed estimated date 2022-06-26.Criteria Tab - Technical criteria - Update Criteria No.1 to include Amran Part 2. Questiononnaures Tab - Add an additonal questation for Part 2 160 Days delivery. Documents Tab: All related documents to Amran 002 drawing and BoQs also update returnable unified schedules and Short term Contracts. ( All amendments are marked in Yellow).Check List: The following: Added a mandatory field for BoQs in excel for both parts 1 & 2 and also a Summary sheet for the two parts.Added a mandatory field for organizational chart and female CV'sDue to the extension of the scope of work and addition above we add 7 extra extensions to the deadline.

Ans 1 - if I understood your question correctly you are asking about document submission, documents submission can be anytime during the tender acceptance period above as of today the 12th May 2022, you still have 18 days to the deadline, hope this addresses your requirement else please elaborate what is required and we will answer accordingly.This shall form part of the official solicitation documents.
