New clarification added: Dear Bidders,Kindly find below request for clarifications and reponses provided by UNOPS;Questions 1:Is this tender for only companies registered in South Sudan only?Answer 1: Yes, this tender is limited for the companies registered in South Sudan.Question 2:Can I form a joint venture (JV) with a company registered in South Sudan and we submit the bid together?Answer 2:Yes, JV is allowed as long as the vendor registered in South Sudan is the leading vendor (50+1).Question 3:Is it allowed if i submit the proposal and have a South sudanese registered company as a subcontractor?Answer 3:No, the leading organization must be registered in South Sudan.Thank you,
