Participation in ITB for the provision of UN and Member States Flags and Accessories

The United Nations intends to issue a tender for the purpose of establishing a systems contract for the Provision of United Nations Flags and Accessories in support of its Headquarters in New York and offices worldwide. In this regard, the UN is requesting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential vendors for its upcoming solicitation process. The solicitation is intended to establish a systems contract for an initial 3-year period with 2 one-year optional extension periods at the UN's discretion. The requirements are as follows: • Multiples sets of 194 member states’ flags and the UN flag for outside and inside use. • Accessories for flags such as flag poles and stands. • The estimated quantity for the flags and accessories stated above is to be shared in the Bid document.
