United Nations Staff Development Services is seeking a qualified vendor to design and deliver a participatory Conflict Resolution and Diversity training workshop. The workshops may include the following, as required by the UN: a. Basic "win-win" collaborative negotiation skills b. Follow-up Workshops to the Basic Collaborative Negotiation Skills Course c. Advanced Negotiation Skills d. Workplace harassment: Informal resolution skills workshop e. Mediation Skills for Managers f. Customized Workshop for an Intact Group g. Advanced Mediation Skills h. Executive Workshop in Conflict Prevention and Conflict Resolution i. Conflict Management Coaching j. Conflict Prevention and Conflict Management for Leaders and Managers k. Diversity Workshops Coaching Other training programmes in the area of Building Conflict competence including: facilitating difficult conversations. These trainings will be offered to United Nations staff at several duty stations worldwide (divided in 4 regions) and will be delivered in English primarily. There may be request at times for the training to be provided in French and Spanish. The regions are the following: Americas, Europe/Lebanon, East Africa, Bangkok and other missions. These trainings may also be occasionally delivered using a blended format combining face-face sessions, distance learning (Webinar or others) and/or e-learning. The Workshops will be delivered in their existing form, but bidders should have the institutional capacity to further develop the Programme as needed over time as well as to further adapt existing course material to respective workshop location.
