The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is an intergovernmental organization established in 1951 and is committed to the principle that humane and orderly migration benefits both migrants and society. IOM South Sudan has significant programming activities in the fields of humanitarian response, stabilisation and migration management.

Obtaining Bidding Documents

IOM South Sudan invites interested Service Providers to submit Proposals to establish a Long-term Agreement for the Provision of Air Cargo Charter Services for IOM South Sudan Operations for a period of one (1) year with possibility of an extension of one (1) or two (2) years subject to satisfactory performance.

A complete set of bidding documents can be made available for issuance to Interested Bidders at IOM Juba Office, to be uploaded at UNGM website or requesting it through email address at iomssprocurement@iom.int from 09.00 to 16.00 hours during business days before 16 March 2022.               

Proposals must be delivered by hand or through mail to IOM with office address at New Industrial Area Northern Bari, Juba, South Sudan on or before 22 March 2022, 17.00 hours local time. No late Proposal shall be accepted.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers.
