New clarification added: Dear sir / madam,We would like to ask for clarification on the following:1. If the content of 1.1.9 in the technical bid is up to the standard, the price of the product will be much more expensive and the cost performance will not be so high. Can you accept products that are expensive but meet the technical parameters of the products?2. Can there be any deviation in the parameters in the technical bid? As for the size of 2.1.12 syringe in the technical bid, our supplier can only achieve the minimum 5ml, and the price will be about half higher than the infusion pump which can only achieve the minimum 10ml injection times.Looking forward to receiving your reply.Answer1. The requiement 1.1.9 is a mandatory requirement. We can only accept products that meet all technical parameters. The evaluation method used is "lowest price, substantially compliant offer"2. As per 2.1.12, the pump must be compatible with a 2/3 ml syringe at the lower bound. The minum size is thus 3 ml.

The requirement is to provide at least 30 disposable system compatible syringes at least for 3 different accepted syringe volumes (10 syringes for each volume) with a minimum of 2 years of expiry date from the date of supply. No extension lines are requested.2. Infusion sets that are not of the same brand of the pumps are acceptable if there is a written approval of the manufacturer and the supplier presents the same certification required for the pump also for the sets, together with the offer.

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam I would like to request the clarification as below. (1) Regarding the delivery lead time, may I know whether you can extend the lead time to 12-14 weeks to have the full delivery of pumps and consumables? If not, can we separate the pumps and consumables delivery lead time?(2) If no to question number (1), can you accept the consumables shelf life less than 24 months? We can supply the consumables from our supplier's regional distribution center but it will have around 18-20 months shelf life.(3) Is having drug library is the mandatory for the compliant of the specification? Having drug library is the effective and safe use of the smart infusion system but in Myanmar, it barely used the drug library because the respective physicians or surgeons provided the instructions and nurses log the specification manually. Thank you.Answer1) The delivery time is 10 weeks (excluding the time for custom clearance process) after issuance of Purchase Order. Longer delivery times cannot be considered under ITB modality, as all the requirements are absolute.2) The mimimum of two year to expiery date from the date of supply is a mandatory requirement3) Drug library is a mandatory requirement be a compliant offer
