RFQ/2021/40768 Q 1 in section vendor submission(document checklist)there are two places for 1- signed and stamped safeguard instrument documents 2- singed and stamped Schedule of Requirements but these documents aren't available in the tender documents Ans1 - The document referenced above will be signed once the supplier is been award, therefore, please leave as is and this will not be part of the submission at this stage.This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.

RFQ/2021/Question: Is there a specific brand for a manufacturer that must be adhered to? Or is what is required to adhere to the specifications, and from which company is a leading manufacturer of generators? Kindly provide us with a picture or pictures of the required generator? if it is possible.Answer: No brand or manufacturer is recommended or preferred, Specification can be seen in technical returnables in the document tab, again No brand or manufacturer is recommended or preferred, specification are more than sufficient pictures can not be provided at this time.This shall form part of the official solicitation documents. Please be guided accordingly.
