Providing on-line consultancy, maintenance and promotion of an agricultural web-portal

Requirements:

Based on studies and recommendations developed under the project to support the development of farming in Uzbekistan, this terms of reference has been prepared to choose the contractor of the works on providing project management and technical support to functional operability of the web-portal and mobile application www.agromart.uz.

Within the framework of activities the contractor will also and provide on-going on-line consultancy for the farmers by the means of qualified experts in 8 areas and constant update of the content of the web-portal in three languages (Uzbek, Russian and English).

Note to Supplier:

• Contractor must have work experience not less than 3 years in the related field
• The bidding company shall provide the list and CVs of the staff sufficient to perform tasks in accordance with following list:
  • Project manager;
  • Content-manager;
  • Data-analyst
  • Consultant in veterinary, livestock and poultry breeding;
  • Consultant in fish breeding
  • Consultant in agricultural legislation
  • Consultant in economy and accounting
  • Consultant in agronomy
  • Consultant in gardening and viticulture
  • Consultant in vegetable and melon farming
  • Consultant in export and logistics
  • Regional data-managers
• Bidders must include concept of the maintenance and promotion of the web-portal among different stakeholders
• Bidders must provide detailed content generation plan
