PROVISION OF COMUNICATION AND TECHNOLOGY SERVICES     

Interested companies should be specialized in provision of Communications and Information Technology services and able to provide personnel experienced in Maintenance of Satellite, Microwave Radio, Telephone, HF/VHF equipment; Asset and Inventory Management; Warehouse Management; and other related services to UNIPSIL locations at Cabenda, Cockrill, Lungi within Freetown, as well as Bo, Kono, Makeni and Kenema, plus other repeater locations which are located outside the offices of UNIPSIL within Sierra Leone. Following are the minimum requirements: a. Three years since company registration with Sierra Leone authorities. b. Progressive experience in providing the services needed; c. Evidence of staff competencies in the various skills, as show below, with the required minimum experience of four (4) years. d. Ensure that company’s personnel are kept abreast with the current technologies. e. Personnel must be able to travel at short notice to UNIPSIL offices to correct problems as needed. The companies responding to these EOIs shall be in preparedness to provide the required services immediately upon signing of contract and must confirm that they are willing and capable to provide: (a) certified Financial Statement demonstrating sufficient financial solidity; (b) detailed Company Profile demonstrating sufficient experience; and (c) written Reference from three (3) major clients on past performance(s). Expression of Interest not addressing the above criteria to the satisfaction of UNIPSIL shall not be considered for invitation to the tender.
