UNISFA is seeking qualified companies with international and national networks for movement of cargo, which includes UN owned equipment (“UNOE”) and contingent-owned equipment (“COE”), to support its operational requirements on an “as and when required” basis. UNISFA’s intention is to enter into a Contract with multiple transport service providers to provide all the required services for door-to-door, all-inclusive, freight collection, customs clearance, expediting and delivery. The services shall include freight and item package tracking, shipment labelling, customs clearance, transit warehousing/storage facilities, loading, unloading and delivery between UNISFA locations, Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kenya airports, seaports or other nominated delivery points. NOTE: 2. Submission of an EOI does not constitute an obligation by the United Nations to include your company in this specific procurement exercise, neither does it assure that a respective bidding exercise will be undertaken in due course. 3. Vendors currently registered at basic level in UNGM are encouraged to submit requirements for registration at level 1 & level 2 in UNGM.
