Description
The purpose of the Expression of Interest (EOI) is to select a Vendor to provide the United Nations (UN) Department of Management / Umoja with technical services in the area of SAP security, including design of authorizations, roles, and user provisioning. (Please see www.unumoja.org). Umoja is an initiative that aims to transform the United Nations Secretariat to enable high-quality, cost-effective service delivery to support the execution of evolving mandates everywhere the Organization operates. Vendors who have previously responded to the EOI for the Build and Implementation phase will be excluded from this exercise, or will need to withdraw their EOI for the Build and Implementation phases. Participation in this exercise will be considered a conflict of interest. However, the services of the selected vendor will span the design, build and possibly the deployment phase of the project. The vendor chosen for this solicitation will provide technical development services (in the form of not more than two qualified individual/s) in the area of SAP security design and implementation, to include analysis of requirements and functional design, completion and validation of the Umoja security strategy, design of user provisioning, design of roles and authorizations using SAP ECC, IDM, GRC Access Control, Portal, and BW/BusinessObjects. The chosen vendor will work closely with the UN Umoja team, and will interface with the already chosen Design and Strategic advisory services vendors.
