ITC infrastructure for the UN Conference on Sustainable Development
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Nr. 15366/2012
The United Nations Development Programme - UNDP, upon request of the Technical Cooperation Project BRA/11/017- Partnerships to Support United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio +20), signed between Ministry of Foreign Affairs, UNDP and the Brazilian Government, make public, to all interested parties that on February 13th, 2012, at 03:00 p.m. (Brasília time), in the following address: EQSW 103/104 – Lote 1, Bloco “D”, Setor Sudoeste - Brasília – DF, Brazil – ZIP CODE 70670-350, a public session will be held to receive and open proposals for the Request for Proposal Nº 15366/2012, for the provision of ITC infrastructure required for the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development (Rio +20). This ITC infrastructure comprises: WAN links and Internet services; telephony services; LAN (wired and wireless); networks servers; PCs, laptops and tablets, information kiosks; video-conferencing services; webcast services; ISPS; infrastructure management and Information Security services, to be hired by UNDP, supporting the activities to be implemented by Project BRA/11/017, according to the conditions set forth in United Nations Development Programme - UNDP - Procurement Guidelines.
All interested firms may download the Bidding Documents from the website http://www.pnud.org.br/licitacoes, registering firm on the list of participants, so that any correspondence, questions regarding the bidding documents and their respective answers can be sent to all bidders.
