You are kindly requested to submit an expression of interest (EOI) on financial audits of development projects that are implemented directly by UNDP offices located in 18 countries in the Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States region (see the list of countries attached). 

The EOI and accompanying documents must be received in a sealed envelope no later 15 February 2012 by 17:00 CET, to the address:
