I am pleased to introduce myself, Jennifer-Lee JANSSENS MEIERHOFER, I am a lawyer working in the Procurement Division of ITU Headquarters in Geneva.

The Procurement Division of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), United Nations Specialized Agency for telecommunications matters, is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for the Appointment of a Branding and Design Agency for ITU Telecom Communication Campaigns (2012 and 2013):

A Proposal must be received at ITU Headquarters in Geneva on or before Friday 17 February 2012 at 12h00 hours (Geneva time) at the latest.

This Call for Bids is also posted today in the United Nations Marketplace portal (http://www.ungm.org). All additional information or updates will be published on UNGM and we highly recommend to consult this homepage on a regular basis.

Please acknowledge receipt of the present Request for Proposals by e-mail (send to: janssens@itu.int copy to: chantal.coulon@itu.int). In addition, please confirm whether or not your company intends to submit a Proposal. If so, please also indicate whether or not you wish to attend the non-compulsory one-hour Question and Answer briefing session which is to be held at ITU offices in Geneva or which can be carried out by telephone conference call: planned for Thursday 19 January, Friday 20 January and Monday 23 January 2012. Please indicate if you intend to attend Geneva offices or prefer the conference call method; and please indicate if you have any preferred dates.

Any request for clarification related to this Request for Proposals shall be made in writing only (e-mail accepted) on or before Friday 27 February 2012 at 12h00 hours (Geneva time) at the latest.

Following the deadline for submission of Proposals, and following ITU's intermediary evaluation of Proposals received, Bidders who have been shortlisted by ITU will be invited to attend ITU offices in Geneva to make a one-hour presentation of their Proposal, followed by a one-hour question and answer time.  ITU anticipates presentations to be held on Wednesday 22 Thursday 23 and Friday 24 February 2012.  Bidders who have been shortlisted will be contacted by ITU starting on Monday 20 February 2012 and a date and slot for the presentation will be allocated.
