Services for Provision of Travel Related Services for the UN System in Myanmar

The United Nations and its various agencies, funds and programmes in Myanmar conduct a high volume of travel business through official and personal travels undertaken by their staff members, experts, visitors and missions, etc.
The United Nations Agencies in Myanmar is conducting a solicitation process in accordance with UN international procurement practice for travel/protocol services regularly required by the UN agencies in Myanmar.
The Request for Proposal is the provision of travel related services for the UN system in Myanmar.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to select a legitimately registered travel service provider through a formal bidding process to handle the comprehensive travel, which consist of a full range of travel facilities relating to air for the UN system in Myanmar. The other services that are required from the travel agency are: airport pick-up and drop; hotel accommodations; car rental; ticket delivery; assistance in emergency travel; etc.
The successful bidder shall be contracted for this purpose for an initial period of two years and renewable for a third year.
