EXTENDED - Procurement of Science & Mathematics Laboratory Kits and delivery to Dili, Timor-Leste.

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:

Under the project “Strengthening Science and Mathematics in Primary Education” in Timor-Leste, UNESCO is establishing 9 Learning Laboratories for Science and Mathematics for Primary Education in 9 municipalities in Timor Leste.

Each learning laboratory is constituted of five laboratory kits namely, biology, mathematics, chemistry, geology and physics.
This activity includes:
1. procuring Science & Mathematics Laboratory Kits with following specifications:
a. 9 biology laboratory kits according to the specifications and quantity described in Lot #1 (Form AM 10-12, Annex IV, Lot 1 attached).
b. 9 mathematics laboratory kits according to the specifications and quantity described in Lot #2 (Form AM 10-12, Annex IV, Lot 2 attached).
c. 9 chemistry laboratory kits according to the specifications and quantity described in Lot #3 (Form AM 10-12, Annex IV, Lot 3 attached).
d. 9 geology laboratory kits according to the specifications and quantity described in Lot #4 (Form AM 10-12, Annex IV, Lot 4 attached).
e. 9 physics laboratory kits according to the specifications and quantity described in Lot #5 (Form AM 10-12, Annex IV, Lot 5 attached).

2. Delivery of the science and mathematics laboratory kits to Timor-Leste National Commission for UNESCO, C/O Balide, Resintu INFORDEPE Dili, Timor-Leste.
