Description

NAIDS has developed and promoted the National AIDS Spending Assessment ( NASA) to monitor HIV financing flows and expenditures at country level with application at sub national level disaggregation.
The proposed contract caters to the update of the cross walk between GAM and NASA categories and to test the NASA RTT software tool to ensure that the GAM report generated by the RTT tool conforms to the standards expected by GAM reporting and is correctly mapped to GAM crosswalk and reconciled with the financial figures within NASA databases in the tool.
Deliverables
Phase 1:
After review with UNAIDS SID and the NASA RTT software provider, update the existing crosswalk of NASA to GAM reporting using the latest updated AIDS Spending categories in the GAM framework.
Phase2:
Using the functions provided by the NASA RTT tool, a quality assurance process using the software system must be performed and documented to ensure that the classifications codes in NASA RTT are adequately mapped to the proposed new GAM classifications to produce a successful NASA to GAM report.
Phase3:
Support provided to perform system test the mapping of crosswalk by ensuring the generation of NASA to GAM report from the working NASA RTT software with reconciled totals of expenditure figures between NASA databases and GAM reports for the countries applicable under system test.
