DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS:
UNICEF Supply Division is in the process of initiating a tender for establishing Long Term Arrangement (LTA) for Metal storage box, 790 x 590 x 245 mm, lockable, stackable, supplied with two coded padlocks. The estimated demand forecast stands at 34,500-62,500 metal storage boxes per year for the next 4-year period.
Interested vendors are to note UNICEF is endeavouring to have geographically diverse supplier sourcing which will be part of the preliminary review of this REOI.  The product's full specification is attached in Annex1. Vendors are strongly encouraged to review product specifications. A photo can be found on UNICEF Supply Catalogue: https://supply.unicef.org/s5001010.html.This REoI is addressed to vendors with experience in the sourcing and supply of the item listed in Annex1.
It is recommended to express interest for the metal storage box to be considered for future tender participation. To be considered for the planned tender it is preferable, but not a requirement for potential suppliers to have a website providing a detailed listing of their product and service range.
