Consultancy Services for COVID 19 Vaccine roll out Planning and Coordination

UNICEF Zambia is seeking to contract an eligible and expereinced institution or joint venture of institutions to provide consultancy services for COVID 19 Vaccine roll out  Planning and Coordination.

Purpose 

Institution to  provide human, technical, operational and implementation support to Ministry of Health (MoH) Expanded Programme on Immunisation (EPI) on the roll-out of COVID-19 vaccination in the country. 

Objectives / Target

Overarching Objective

• COVID-19 vaccines are distributed, administered to eligible recipients and waste materials are disposed of safely.

Specific Objectives

• Technical support unit for COVID-19 vaccination programme roll-out, monitoring, policy, planning, and coordination established through hiring a competent institution / organisation (third party service provider).
• Support effective COVID-19 vaccination roll-out across the country through onsite supportive supervision, monitoring, and reporting.
• Support effective multisectoral policy advocacy, planning and coordination for COVID-19 vaccination programme through quarterly programme reviews and updates.
