Description

UNICEF Private Fundraising and Partnership (PFP) wishes to work with one or more payment service providers which can offer specialized knowledge and systems to support UNICEF’s digital transformation initiatives by offering a global financial processing operation for digital donations (Finhub) to a network of UNICEF’s fundraising offices globally - by reducing transactional risks, and by offering advantages of economies of scale while maintaining industry compliance and UNICEF’s security standards i.e Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR).


The project envisages to cover all fundraising offices globally. It aims to strategically leverage UNICEF’s global foot-print and volumes to negotiate favourable cost of services, terms and conditions including related extra services, shared solutions and common support structures.


Vendor(s) possessing proven capacity in terms of staff and technical infrastructure, as well as experiences in developing payment processing solutions across different countries and regions are encouraged to apply. Vendors will be expected to demonstrate thought leadership in advising on new and emerging financial payment technologies, both for single and recurring donations.
