UPDATE 09.12.2011: Bidding Process Cancelled. 

this tender is cancelled, hence the selection process will not go further.  ITU will soon launch an Expression of Interest for the delivery of the complete set of services for one or more of the six official ITU languages.

As per the previous Call for Bids (PROC-AB-6019-10-SPM) the set of services required in the Expression of Interest  will include:

-          Translation and revision from English;

-          Layout;

-          Printing and Binding, production of online edition;

-          sales, promotion and distribution; and

-          advertising.

ITU wishes to apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for the interest you have shown in participating in the bidding process. 

UPDATE 29.07.2011: EXTENSION of DEADLINE for submission of Bids until Thursday 4 August 2011 at 12h00 (Geneva time). Please note that Appendix 4 to Annex 2 has been withdrawn because the information is contained in Appendix 5 to Annex 2.

ITU has six (6) official languages (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Russian and Spanish). At the request of its membership, ITU is hereby issuing an international Call for Bids to produce and distribute the ITU News Magazine (hereinafter referred to as the “Magazine”) in all six languages of the Union.
