Individual Consultancy - to provide Analysis of Fraud Risk Assessment/ Corruption Risk Management methodologies.
The purpose of this RFP is to identify a individual consultant to support the publication of a CATCH Guidance Document on fraud and corruption methodologies, their principles, examples of use to date and recommendations for future use. Drawing on the experience of WHO, other CATCH members and of health programme the guidance will reflect the collaboration between health actors. The examples of methodologies and their use will be country-specific and yet serve as a reference to strengthen partnerships and country to country sharing of assessment and risk management approaches.

The Consultant shall be solely responsible for withholding and paying any taxes, duties, social security contributions and any other contributions which are applicable to the Consultant in in each location/jurisdiction in which the work hereunder is performed, and the Consultant shall not be entitled to any reimbursement thereof by WHO.
