Sale of surplus assets at the UNGSC, Brindisi, Italy

The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) will shortly conduct a competitive solicitation exercise for the commercial sale of surplus assets located at the UNGSC in Brindisi, Italy. However, it should be noted that the goods are being sold on “as-is, where-is” basis, and without recourse or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Please note that, the container indicated in lots 5/13/16/17/23/25/39 and the entire content of lot 30 shall be destroyed in front of a UN personnel and they will be treated as scrap metal Due to Covid-19 precautionary measures in place, it will not be possible to inspect the items. However, the UNGSC will provide a video recording of the lots on Sale along with the official solicitation document. Potential buyers are invited to express their interest by returning the Vendor Response Form via email to unlb-procurement@un.org no later than the EOI’s Closing Date.
