New clarification added: Do the references in Form D need to be BitDefender customers or previous experience with any security manufacturer?Response: No, it doesn't have to Bitdefender customers. It can be other related products

New clarification added: Regarding "Form D: Previous Experience Form" - Is the UN looking for previous experience between the VAR and the UN, or previous experience/references within similar scope with another VAR customer?Response:Previous experience can be but doesn't have to be with UN customers.

New clarification added: Do you accept a joint venture bid? Where we partner with a company with the bitdefender bronze,silver or gold partner status.Response: No, we don't generally accept JVs or subcontractors for this.

New clarification added: Please note, if we can offfer an alternative to brand specified in the RQF would that be considered?? please confirm? Thank you and regards. Response: No, this is for the renewal of existing Bitdefender licenses. We're not accepting alternative offers.

New clarification added: HelloI would like to understand your requirement for a bidder requiring to be a Silver or Gold Partner, and not just an ordinary Authorised Partner (Bronze), of which my company is.The Bitdefender Partnership is progressive based on Number of certified personnel (Technical and Sales) and an increasing minimum revenue target for both Silver and Gold. How will we ever meet the minimum revenue target with these exclusionary tactics? Given this, I still can't fathom why, my company which has certified technical personnel cant bid sorely because we havent certified a Sales resource to get a Silver badge? We sell, install, commission and manage several installations with no issues. How does that affect you as UNOPS? We have been working with BitDefender for several years reselling the same licences to many clients (even Named Clients) in several countries. You should allow an Authorised Partner to bid and submit. A Bitdefender licence remains the sae regardless of where its purchased.The Gold and Silver partnerships will get bigger rebates from BitDefender and if they want to pass these to you and make less money, that really should be the criteria to use rather than quashing competition through these exclusionary requirements. New amendment added #1: Dear AllFollowing questions, UNOPS reconsidered and decided to also accept Bitfender partner status at Bronze level. The three status will be accepted: Bronze, Silver and Gold.Forms have been updated.Looking forward to your best offer,Regards
