Description

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter called IOM) intends to hire Service Provider for the Ship to Shore Rights South East Asia (SEA) project for which this Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued.

IOM now invites Service Providers/ Consulting Firms to provide Technical and Financial Proposal for the following Services: Two online communication campaigns which are aligned but specifically contextualized to the fishing and seafood processing sectors in 1) Thailand and 2) Indonesia. Campaign materials will be targeting migrant workers and aspirant migrant workers and should aim to increase their levels of knowledge and awareness on safe and regular migration pathways, available support mechanisms, and the risks of irregular migration. Communication materials should also integrate health information with respect to COVID-19. Along with Monitoring and Evaluation of the effectiveness of the campaigns.

The Service Provider /Consulting Firm will be selected under a Quality –Cost Based Selection procedures described in this RFP.

The Proposals with different password-protected and must be submitted in separate email through email address iomthailandtender@iom.int without copying any IOM staff, including the Procurement staff in charge of this solicitation on or before 15 June 2021, 17.00 Bangkok Time. Proposals sent to any other IOM email address other than above, either by direct email, by copy, or by blind copy will be rejected. No late proposal shall be accepted.

Time zone difference and IOM email inbox has capacity of 5MB and Service Providers must be taken into consideration. Proposals maybe sent in batches with proper subject name.

IOM reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal and to annul the selection process and reject all Proposals at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to affected Service Providers/ Consulting Firms.
