Knowledge Management Assessment and Strategy/Framework development

Dear Sir/Madam,

UNICEF Thailand Country Office wishes to invite your company to submit a proposal/quotation in response to LRQS-2021-9166967 the Knowledge Management (KM) Assessment and Strategy/Framework development.

The below lists of solicitation documents are hereby attached (at 'Documents' tab below) for your kind reference:

• LRQS-2021-9166967 (21 pages) including UNICEF-General Terms and Conditions - Annex A
• Term of Reference (TOR) - Annex B
• Technical Response Form - Annex C – to be completed
• Financial Response Form - Annex D – to be completed

In preparation of your submission, please provide the completed mandatory docs as follows:

1. Signed RFQ form - page 3 of LRQS document

2. Completed of Technical Response Form - Annex C

    Optional : other relevant document containing technical proposals that attach to the Annex C

3. Completed of Financial Response Form - Annex D (in open excel format)
