Procurement of Laptops, Docking Stations and Laptop Bags for OCHA Syria in Damascus

This is a Request for Expression of Interest for a solicitation process that will follow. Only the companies that expressed their interests will be invited to the actual solicitation process. Exact requirements will be in the solicitaiton document. United Nations (UN) is looking to procure forty (40) laptops, docking stations and laptop bags for its OCHA Office in Damascus, Syria to replace the old laptops. This will be a one-off Purchase Order Contract and the Successful Bidder must provide the required Goods within 4 - 8 weeks following the date the PO Contract is signed by both parties. The laptops requested are: 10th Generation Intel® Core™ I7-10610U (4 Core, 8M Cache, base 1.8GHz up to 4.9GHz, vPro Capable). The docking stations should be from the same manufacturer and fully compatible USB-3/USB-C based docking station. supporting full size – Ethernet port 1Gbps. Laptop bags shall be supporting three levels of Bag-storage spaces.
