New amendment added #2: The following ammendment is made to include the following qualification criteria.1. The bidder  shall show a proof of a mechanical workshop equipped with minimum machinery of 1. Shearing machine, 2. roller bender, 3 bending machine. 4 welding machine.

Kindly refer the clarifications for your requests as follows: Request: You said that the currency you request is in ETB since the bidder needs to be registered in Ethiopia, so here we have two questions need you kind to clarify:1. The company registered in Ethiopia, and have the latest Business License document issued by a Legal Authority in Ethiopia, but they haven't registed in UNGM, if you accept this company to submit the quotation?2. We have registered in UNGM and we are outside the Ethiopia but have local agency in Ethiopia, we can quotation in ETB, and submit our local agency's business license in this tender. When sign the contract, we can authorize our agency to sign the contract with you, we want to know if you accept our quotation in ETB for this RFQ?Clarification: 1.The local company who is registered in Ethiopia should also be registered in the UNGM and submit its bid. Kindly note UNGM registration is mandatory for a vendor for participation in the tender, evaluation and award process.2.The principal bidder has to be legaly registered in ethiopia. The Bid can be submitted in USD or ETB.

Most of our machines crush to sand. We do have a cullet machine but we try to stay out of that market as the price for cullet is too low.Powder Separation Accessory, Matching size powder separation accessory; fitted with vibrator with fine mesh for separating glass and powderWe can screen the sand but after into grades but if you want 20mm glass size this seem pointless as there would be very few fine particles? Liquid Medicine Collection Tanker Bottom slide and fit liquid medicine collection tank  (50 to 150 litter capacity), Do you sterilize or clean glass before crushing. This is usually standard for medical applications. The liquid catchment would almost be zero unless you are putting vials full of liquid through? Clarification:  Different size  glass bottles  may be led from the hopper into the crusher in a group via a feed regulating plate, as indicated on the sketch. The desired outcome of the machine is to crush glass bottled medicines, separate the content from the cullet. hence shredding the glass makes the separation impossible. therefore, we specified for the mentioned minimum cullet size. The powder to be separated in this case is " the medicine powder" or the powder content of the glass container. not the glass powder. As in the liquid content , the powder content is also desired to be separated from the glass container.We do not sterilize the glass bottles before crushing. The crushing and separation activity is to facilitate the distruction of the expired contents (Liquid and Power) by incineration after the separation.
