If yes can you please shed some light on migration expectations – the type of contents, type of assets, the volume of contents, any cleanup requirements, contents from any external entities, etc.? If there is migration involved, there will be a content freeze phase as part of the migration and production deployment. Do you have specific expectations on how we handle the content freeze phase? The current ETP site is not up-to-date, and that has not been much activity recently. This means, if there is a content freeze, it will not have a major impact on the current page. 28. ETP is new, and will need to move rapidly and decidedly into social media domains.32. This is for vendors to propose, but this is not part of the minimum requirements 33. We understand that you are integrating a chatroom feature for intranet pages. Will you be interested/intending to build a chatbot strategy for the new site that helps in user engagement through proactive recommendations, itinerary planning, real-time navigation, access to resources, etc.? New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly review the below questions and guide us with the clarifications.1) The point E on page 3 is a little confusing, if the portal is going to be hosted on a cloud server then how do you plan to host intranet pages? Do you plan to create a VPN or VPC or do you have a custom DNS server at your premises? We look for the most efficient, least cost and most streamlined proposal from the vendor for these.2) How will the data be fed to the dashboard (Point E on Page 3)?Vendor to supply the most efficient and effective solution.3) Please confirm the 8 weeks timeline under section 4 - Consultancy outputs is just for sharing the detailed implementation plan / inception report.Confirmed4) Please share the terms for support & maintenance of the project. The extent to which the supplier is expected to provide the support is already outlined in the Terms of Reference on page 7 under “Customer Support”,Look forward to your guidance. Warm Regards,

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam, Kindly review the below questions and guide us with the clarifications.1) Do you also need pages for "Careers" and "Tenders"?Yes, we would require that the “Careers” and “Tenders” be linked to UNOPS’ existing Job Portal and Tender Portal. This can be put in the ETP website under “What’s New” or similar section2) Can you elaborate more on what you mean by the term campaign (on pages 1 & 5)? Are you going to run ad campaigns (eg. google ad-sense), email campaigns, social media campaigns? How are you going to plan and execute them? What will be the frequency of such campaigns? Do you want the vendor to run campaigns on your behalf?Campaign refers to advocacy of energy transition goals, an effort to identify appropriate channels and content for supporting the region’s leadership to take steps toward energy transition outcomes. This should be a continuous theme for the website. We will work with the external communications agency on this. Website needs to be able to accommodate new content to feature information that would be helpful for pursuing energy transition. We do not expect the contractor under this tender to run communication campaign on our behalf, since we will have a separate contract specifically for this. The extent to which the supplier under this contract is expected to contribute to this campaign is by aligning the theme of the website with this advocacy spirit. 3)In a bullet point referenced as "Content" (on page 6), it is mentioned that the contractor will be also required to propose content based on experience and research. Is it correct to assume the content or the concept will be provided by the client and the vendor will be responsible for suggesting the best possible way to showcase it on the portal and can provide services for content curation as most vendors will not be having the in-depth knowledge of the domain? It is not required that the vendor would have in-depth knowledge on the domain, but we hope that the website developer would have some understanding of the sector. 4) Can you elaborate more on what you mean by targeted content? Are you going to target individual users and present the content accordingly (for which we will have to create personas for the logged in users)? Or do you want the content to be segregated into categories or sections for a broad category of end-users?This is intended to mean that the content will be appealing to the identified key audiences: funders of, governments implementing, and partners in energy transition. We will work with our external communication company on how to best present this, and would expect the website developer to execute what is suggested. We do not expect the content to be adjusted with individual users accessing the content.5) Do you need off-page SEO services (an SEO expert)? No. Off-page SEO services is excluded from this ToR6) It will be difficult to merge the requirement for a communication solution mentioned as point D & E on page 2 & 2 in WordPress CMS based portal. We would strongly recommend keeping your communication solution requirements separate from a public portal used for the public dissemination of information. Would it be correct to assume that you already have a communication solution and we just need to incorporate the links or call to action buttons for integrating with these solutions?Separate and secure workspace and intranet pages with a repository for final documents and another for drafts that allow for their review and commentary is a must - similar to a members’ sign-in page. We do not have an existing solution for these features.Look forward to your guidance. Warm Regards,

New clarification added: 1) The existing website has been built using WordPress 5.5. Are you open to other technology stacks as (React, Angular, Node.Js, SharePoint etc) option for the development of this portal?Answer: Developer to propose an optimum and most user friendly solution with long term viability.2) Would you prefer to have a website be developed using a pre-built theme (less customization but reduced time & efforts) or custom theme developed from scratch (more time and efforts but highly customizable)?Answer: Pre-built theme is acceptable to us, but at the implementation level, it will need to be selected in consultation with ETP Secretariat.3) What is the expected time duration to complete the design process i.e., wireframes, mockups & visualizations? Please note that we need a lot of cooperation from your team to provide necessary inputs in a reasonable timeframe to ensure the design phase is completed in stipulated time.Answer: 1 month, and to be confirmed further at the implementation process4) It is difficult for us to estimate the time required for creating the visualizations (apart from wireframes and mockups). We can make an assumption that 10 or 20 visualizations will be produced to give you a fixed quote for the proposal. In case the count goes beyond that we will charge them separately on a pro-rata basis. Will this approach work? Or else you can provide us an approximate count of visualizations that you assume would be needed.Answer: Yes, the proposed approach works. 10 visualizations included, rest on a pro-rata basis.5) Please share the branding & marketing guidelines.Answer: While the ETP website will establish its own brand, UNOPS brand book will be provided to the successful bidder for a guide. 6) Please confirm the different post (content) categories which you wish to present to the end-users - news, events, stories, articles, (research) publications, blogs etc. Kindly remove the ones which are not required.Answer: News, events, stories, articles, links to publications, summaries of publications, Dashboard for results monitoring, project profiles and status information,Donor coordination matrix with links to their content Intranet pages limited to a designated group of users with an interactive workspace (steering committee) and a chatroom, Among others mentioned in the TORs.7) Would you like to incorporate features which will allow the end-users to share the posts (news, events, articles) on social media platforms?Answer: Bidders can propose this in their proposal, but it is not included as minimum technical requirements from UNOPS.8) Do you have any online / social media policies which must be adhered to while generating the content?Answer : This will be shared later at implementation stage.
