ENGLISH VERSION The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for the rental of space on the roof of building A of the Palais des Nations for the installation of mobile network antenna(s) and the related equipment. UNOG would make available to the Tenant space on the roof of its building and a dedicated space inside the building for the operation of the mobile network antenna(s) and the maintenance of the equipment related to the mobile network antenna(s). The potential bidders should take into account the construction and renovation project of the Palais des Nations “Strategic Heritage Plan (SHP)”, which began in the spring of 2017. The project includes the construction of a new sustainable building and the renovation and modernization of the historic buildings of the Palais des Nations, including building A.    _________________________________________________________________________________ VERSION FRANCAISE L’Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir une manifestation d’intérêt pour la location d’un espace sur le toit du bâtiment A du Palais des Nations pour l’installation d'antenne(s) de réseau mobile et du matériel connexe. L'ONUG mettrait à la disposition du locataire un espace sur le toit de son bâtiment et un espace dédié à l'intérieur du bâtiment pour l'exploitation de la ou des antennes de réseau mobile et l'entretien du matériel lié à la ou les antennes du réseau mobile. Les soumissionnaires potentiels doivent prendre en compte le projet de construction et de rénovation du «Plan stratégique patrimonial (SHP)» du Palais des Nations, qui a débuté au printemps 2017. Le projet comprend la construction d'un nouveau bâtiment durable et la rénovation et la modernisation des bâtiments historiques du Palais des Nations, y compris le bâtiment A.
