Description

The purpose of this request for expression of interest is to identify a suitable consultant to work with the Department of Noncommunicable Diseases and to support the WHO Global Cooperation on Assistive Technology (GATE) team to implement the second year of a two year project to improve access to assistive technology for people living with non-communicable diseases (NCDs).

Candidate(s) under consideration will be requested to provide: diplomas, work or residence permit, Declaration of Interests (DoI) form, copy of passport, medical clearance for fitness to work.

WHO shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any taxes, duties, social security contributions, or other contributions payable by the Consultant. The Consultant shall be solely responsible for withholding and paying any taxes, duties, social security contributions, and any other contributions which are applicable to the Consultant in each location/jurisdiction in which the work hereunder is performed, and the Consultant shall not be entitled to any reimbursement thereof by WHO.
