Dear Sir/Madam,
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a quotation for the Supply and delivery of Non-Latex exam gloves for UNOPS- RSHQ Project in Kabul, Afghanistan. In accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this request for quotation (RFQ).
If you are interested in submitting a quotation in response to this RFQ, please prepare your quotation in accordance with the requirements and process as set out in this RFQ and submit it to UNOPS by the deadline for quotation submission set out in the Section I: RFQ Particulars.

Please refer to the below answers:Considering the rapid price fluctuation considerable high volume demands in the market for gloves will you accept partially deliveries please or you would like the entire ? As per system requirement partial bid/ delivery is not allowed. Qty 4375 Boxes, each box contains (100pcs or 50 Pairs) must be delivered all at once? Yes.Thank you UNOPS Procurement Team

New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your clarification for this tender. Please see the below answers.1. Are these goods requested in the RFQ Afghan Customs Duties exempt? Will provide exemption letter for the goods clearance? Yes. The exepation letter will be provided by UNOPS.2. Are these goods requested in the RFQ Afghan Business Receipt Tax (BRT) exempt? New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,Thank you for your clarification on this tender. Please refer to the below answers: We noted the packaging required that each part(lots and boxes) is clearly marked in red"NOT FOR SALE FOR UN USE ONLY" . Chould you please help confirm "each part" means all the inner box, shipping carton,and the pallets?. No. Only the shipping pallets and cartons, not the gloves box. The packing instruction is clearly stated about the packing methods.Please refer to Section II and III. Thank you UNOPS Procurement Team
