Dear Sir/Madam,
The United Nations Office for Project Services (hereinafter referred to as UNOPS) is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the UNOPS General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Quotation (RFQ), for supplying the below items:
1. 14" Touchscreen Convertible Laptop/Tablet - 1 unit
2. ASUS Google Meet hardware kit - Starter kit - 1 unit
3. 34inch Curved Monitor- 1 unit
4. LED Monitor 27" Full HD- 4 units
5. Portable USB and Bluetooth® speakerphone- 2 units
6. USB Active Noise Cancelling Computer Headset -15 units
7. USB Wireless Mouse- 15 units
8. Toner for Fuji Xerox Docucenter IV C5575 (4 colors set)- 1 unit
9. Toner for HP CF360X for HP Laserjet M553 - 3 units
10. Toner for HP CF361X for HP Laserjet M553 - 1 unit
11. Toner for HP CF362X for HP Laserjet M553- 1 unit
12. Toner for HP CF363X for HP Laserjet M553- 1 unit
13. Toner for HP Color Laserjet MFP M479 set 4 colours(Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow) (x1 set)- 1 unit
The products should be available in stocks and the supplier should supply on or before 25th December 2020.
Women owned companies are encouraged to participate in this bidding exercise.
