• Delivering a "Solar System Design, Calculation, Operation & Maintenance" training for 5 Municipality Engineers for 4 days. The training topics will include: Definition of Power and Energy, Renewable Energy and non-renewable energy sources, estimating energy requirements: Daily and monthly energy consumption and electricity bill, Solar PV Modules, factors affecting electricity generated by SPV Modules, Measuring module parameters, Series connections, parallel connections, mixed connections, calculation of total array power, Junction boxes, fuses, connectors, mounting structures, some basics about batteries, working of a battery (charging, discharging), components of a battery cell, types of batteries, Estimating total energy storage capacity in series/parallel connected batteries, Types of inverters, Inverter specifications, charge controller: function, working, types, specifications; Wires: Resistance, voltage drop, types of wires, wire sizing; DC cabling, DC  distribution box, AC cabling, AC distribution box; Load estimation and energy requirement, sizing and configuration of SPV Modules; Sizing of inverter, Selection of cables, fuses,  Maintenance and troubleshooting of SPV Modules, batteries and inverters.
• Delivering a "Solar System, Operation & Maintenance" Training for 5 operators for one day on basic operational knowledge and troubleshooting.
• The organization of training venue taking into consideration the practical application along with related services, refreshments, lunch meals, printing training materials, certificates, provision of PPEs for 10 trainees and the trainer(s).
