Rapid Entomological Assessment to Advise Vector Control Interventions in Three Districts in Papua

UNICEF Indonesia would like to request your proposals for LRPS-2020-9161298 - Rapid Entomological Assessment to Advise Vector Control Interventions in Three Districts in Papua. Please find attached the following bidding documents and annexes for your references in submitting proposals.

1.         LRPS-2020-9161298 Rapid Entomological Assessment

2.         Annex I – Term of Reference (TOR) and Evaluation Criteria

3.         Annex II – Price Proposal Form for reference in developing financial proposal

4.         Annex III – Supplier Profile Form & Check List to be completed only for bidder that never been contracted with UNICEF and submitted along with supporting document required in the check list.

You are requested to submit your both Technical and Financial proposals electronically in PDF format and sent to jakartasupply@unicef.org as separate PDF files no later than Sunday, 20 September 2020 @23.00 hours (Jakarta Local Time). Proposal shall be submitted in English in line with "Special Notes 1.2"

UNICEF will respond in writing to any request for additional information that it receives three (3) working days prior to the deadline for the submission of proposals.
