New clarification added: Dear ProcurementQuestion 01: We see that it is mentioned that a vendor is to be registred locally - would you hereby mean that having our company registred in EU we are not able to make our submission for the process ? We note in the RFQ that the eligibility is mentioned "A Bidder, and all parties constituting the bidder, may have the nationality of any country".Answer 01: Please note that any organization can supply the products as per the Incoterms 2010 (DAP) within the stipulated timelines and another reason for requesting local registration is for checking samples and in the current pandemic situation it might be challenging to get the samples and the delivery within the timelines required by the project. Question 02: In case it is possible for us to make our submission, could you kindly explain the "Lapas Variety" of the Reusable Lapa bags. is this required to be of Local Liberia Fabrics or would you accept other ?Answer 02: Please note that the fabric can mixed and matched and no restriction on the origins.
