Adaptation of the Caregiver-Reported Early Development Index (CREDI) in Indonesia

Dear Sir/Madam,

1. The United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) for Adaptation of the Caregiver-Reported Early Development Index (CREDI) in Indonesia, as per the enclosed Terms of Reference in Annex I. This RFP only for local company registered in Indonesia.
2. A pre-bid meeting will be conducted on Thursday, 27 August 2020 @11:00 hours Jakarta Local time through Zoom call on the following links: https://unicef.zoom.us/j/92059080404?from=msft

              While all Bidders are encouraged to attend, their non-attendance, however, shall not result in disqualification of an interested bidder.

1. Your offer, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal/s, in separate document, should be submitted by email to jakartasupply@unicef.org  NO LATER THAN Monday, 7 September 2020 @15.00 hours (Jakarta Local Time). Proposal shall be submitted in English in line with "Special Notes 1.2"
2. If you request additional information, please send it to address/e-mail below in writing with specific reference to the Invitation Number
