Description

UNICEF would like to invite you to submit a bidding through Invitation to Bid number LITB-2020-9160845 for procurement of High Cost Hand Washing With Soap (HWWS) Station 1 Tap. Please find attached the following documents for references in submitting your proposals:

  1. LITB-2020-9160845 for General Term and Condition including important information on the contractual provision and Bid Form to be completed and submit along your price quotation.
  2. Annex I – Price Schedule Form for quoting the price for the required item
  3. Annex II – Specification and Drawing of the required items.
  4. Annex III – Distribution List for your reference in packaging and labeling of the final product

You are expected to complete the Bid Form and Price Schedule Form and submit electronically to jakartasupply@unicef.org prior the closing date and time: Tuesday, 1 September 2020 @14:00 Hours Jakarta Local Time.

Kindly note the following important information:

  1. Public Opening Bid will be done on Tuesday, 01 September 2020 @15:00 Hours (Jakarta Local time) through zoom at the following links: https://unicef.zoom.us/j/96604135393
  2. The price offers should in currency of IDR and having validity at least for 120 days after closing date of this ITB.
  3. Bidders are requested to quote prices in accordance with the following delivery terms (INCOTERMS 2010) FCA: to UNICEF appointer transporter warehouse and/or to UNICEF Partner in Jabodetabek.  
  4. Bidder will be required to provide sample of the proposed item as per ANNEX II - Specification and Drawing once they awarded the PO. The sample will be reviewed for approval prior mass production. In case the submitted sample of product is not acceptable which lead to the cancellation of the contract/PO, bidder must agree on the cancellation and the cost incurred for developing sample will be under Bidder responsibility. In case the submitted sample is approved by UNICEF, bidder will not change the price after approval of the sample until delivery to appointed UNICEF transporter warehouse and/or UNICEF partner warehouse in Jabodetabek.
  5. The Contract/Purchase Order will be awarded to bidder that offers the lowest price technically complied with UNICEF requirement.
  6. It is important that all bidders read all of the provisions of this ITB, to ensure that UNICEF's requirements are understood, and the bid complies with all formal and mandatory requirements. Note that failure to submit compliant bids may result in invalidation of the bid.
