DEADLINE EXTENDED TO 20 AUG 2020

United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:

 

Development of the Architecture and Restoration Project of Paço de São Cristóvão, headquarters of the National Museum/Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, and the Alípio de Miranda Ribeiro annex building, located in Rio de Janeiro/RJ Quinta da Boa Vista. The tender shall be divided in 2 lots (Lot 1 – Basic Project: Preliminary Study and Draft Project and Lot 2 – Legal Project and Executive Project: Pré-executive and Executive), as described below:

 

Lot1 – This comprises the stages and activities related to the Basic Project (Preliminary Study and Draft Project), with deliveries defined by products 1, 2, 3, 4 (described in item 4 of this Term of Reference).

 

Lot 2 - Provided the products in Lot1 have been delivered with satisfactory technical quality within the specified terms, and the evaluation criteria defined in ANNEX X (Evaluation Form of the Lot 1 of the Contract) have been met, the Contractor of Lot 1 may develop the stages and activities related to the Legal Project and the Executive Project, which include the delivery of products 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 (described in item 4 of this Term of Reference).
