LRPS-2020-9158848 LTAs of High-Quality Marketing Leads for Fundraising activities
UNICEF has now issued a Request for Proposals reference to LRPS-2020-9158848 in order to select a supplier for the provision to establish the Long-Term Agreement (LTA) of High-Quality Marketing Leads for Fundraising activities.
The objective of this assignment is to seek qualified contractor(s) to provide high quality prospecting lists for fundraising activities for an initial period of 12 months with possibility of extension for two additional 12 months each (1+1+1) subject to satisfactory performance, needs and fund availability. List provider(s) is expected to provide an estimated (on average) 6,000 quality marketing leads for UNICEF’s fundraising activities in each month. However, number of leads requirement is flexible, it can be less or more depending on the market situation. The required number of leads in each month will be projected and informed to the Contractor in advance. The LTAs is a retention agreement where UNICEF puts in place the services that will be required from time to time during the term of the LTAs. It eases the procurement process whenever need is identified but there will not be any commitment to procure at any quantity.
This tender will be run through the UNICEF e-submissions system.

In the tender management site, if you navigate to the documents tab and opt in to confirm your intention to submit a Bid – you will then see the mandatory placeholders for documents that must be attached prior to submitting your Offer (you will also see if there are any mandatory questionnaires to complete). As such, you are recommended to `opt in` well before the submission deadline so you are clear exactly what documents are required to be uploaded prior to completing your submission.
Please note that in order to access the tender documentation through UNICEF’s e-submissions system, vendors must: (i) be registered with UNICEF in UNGM as a company/NGO; (ii) have successfully completed all mandatory information currently required by UNGM when registering.
