Entretien et maintenance des brûleurs des chaudières des annexes du Palais des Nations à Genève ...

EN FRANÇAIS : L'Office des Nations Unies à Genève (ONUG) souhaite recevoir des expressions d'intérêt pour un appel d'offres qu'il a l'intention de lancer pour l'entretien et la maintenance des brûleurs des chaudières des annexes du Palais des Nations chaudières principales du Palais des Nations à Genève (Suisse) pour une prériode de trois (3) ans, avec la possibilité de deux (2) extensions d'une année chacune pour une durée totale de cinq (5) ans (3+1+1), sous réserve de l'éxécution satisfaisante des prestations effectuées et de la disponibilité des budgets de l'ONUG. La maintenance préventive aura lieu une (1) fois par an et fera l’objet d’une révision complète de chaque brûleur mentionnés ci-dessous : - Le brûleur de la villa l’Orangerie OEN 331GZ, 108 kW, combustible gaz, modulant ; - Le brûleur de la villa Pelouse OEN 332 LZ, 184 kW, combustible mazout, 2 allures ; - Le brûleur de la villa Feuillantines, OEN 331 LZ, 80 kW, combustible mazout, 2 allures ; - Le brûleur de la villa Bocage, OEN 332 GZ, 184 kW, combustible gaz, 2 allures ; - Le brûleur de la Dépendance Pelouse, OEN 251 LE, 60 kW, combustible mazout, 1 allure ; - Le brûleur du Pavillon Bocage 1, OEN 255 GI, 103 kW, combustible gaz, 2 allures ; - Le brûleur du Pavillon bocage 2, OEN 255 GI, 103 kW, combustible gaz, 2 allures ; - Le brûleur de la Villa Fenêtre, chaudière atmosphérique de marque De Dietrich, C210-130, 90 kW, combustible gaz, modulant. Le marché sera attribué au soumissionnaire qualifié dont l'offre remplit essentiellement les conditions énoncées dans le cahier des charges et est considérée comme la moins coûteuse pour l'ONUG. Veuillez noter que cette demande d'expression d'intérêt (EOI) ne constitue pas un appel d'offres. L'ONUG se réserve le droit de modifier ou d'annuler l'appel d'offres à tout moment. Seuls les fournisseurs considérés comme qualifiés par l'ONUG pour fournir ces services seront invités à participer. La date limite de réception des expressions d'intérêt (soumettant le formulaire de réponse ci-dessous) est fixée au jeudi 4 juin 2020, 17h (heure de Genève). The resulting contract will be established for an initial period of three (3) years with the possibility of an extension of two (2) additional and consecutive periods of one (1) year maximum each (3+1+1), provided satisfactory performance of the contractor and availability of funding Preventive maintenance will take place once (1) per year and will be subject to a complete overhaul of the the boiler burners bellow : - The burner of the villa L'Orangerie OEN 331GZ, 108 kW, gas fuel, modulating; - The burner of the villa Lawn OEN 332 LZ, 184 kW, fuel oil, 2 stages; - The burner of the Feuillantines villa, OEN 331 LZ, 80 kW, fuel oil, 2 stages; - The burner of the Bocage villa, OEN 332 GZ, 184 kW, gas fuel, 2 stages; - The Lawn Outbuilding burner, OEN 251 LE, 60 kW, fuel oil, 1 stage; - The burner of Pavilion Bocage 1, OEN 255 GI, 103 kW, gas fuel, 2 stages; - The burner in Pavilion bocage 2, OEN 255 GI, 103 kW, gas fuel, 2 stages; - The burner of the Villa Fenêtre, atmospheric boiler of the De Dietrich brand, C210-130, 90 kW, gas fuel, modulating. The contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder whose offer essentially meets all the conditions set out in the terms of reference and is considered the least costly for UNOG This request for expression of interest is not an invitation to bid. UNOG reserves the right to modify or cancel this invitation to bid at any time. Only vendors considered as qualified by UNOG to supply such services will be invited to participate. The deadline for the submitting your response (using the response form attached below) to this EOI is Thursday 4 June 2020, at 5pm (Geneva time). All responses will be treated in strict confidence.
