Fulfillment and distribution services for the MADE51 Holiday Collection UNHCR
MADE51 is an initiative by the UN Refugee Agency to build a global brand for products crafted by refugee artisans. MADE51 connects refugee groups with local social enterprises (LSEs) and together with them, designs a collection which is marketed under the brand MADE51.
The MADE51 Holiday Collection is a collection of holiday ornaments made by refugee artisans with the help of social enterprises. The collection includes up to 18 ornaments, made by different social enterprises which are based in the Middle East, Africa and Asia. For the retailer or other buyers, the collection is advertised with an MOQ of 100 ornaments, minimum 10 per design with the option to add a counter display and POS materials, though for larger orders, custom order placement is possible. Given the logistics of the Holiday Collection, a fulfilment partner plays the role of ordering, receiving, finishing and repacking ornaments, paying and receiving invoices among other tasks, specified below.
UNHCR Private Sector Partnerships (PSP) is seeking to appoint a service provider to help us manage the different orders related the MADE51 Holiday Collection.
The scope of the MADE51 Holiday Collection for 2020 will range between 3000 and 50000 ornaments.
Service period: asap for the holiday season in 2020. After completion, the cooperation will be reviewed in January 2021 and in case of satisfactory performance, the service contract will be extended for the next holiday season in 2021.
Phase 1 – 2020 holiday season, performance review in January 2021
Phase 2 – 2021 holiday season, performance review in January 2022
