Consultancy Services for Land Consolidation in Macedonia Ph. II & III – Land Re-allotment Planning and Design of Agricultural Infrastructure Interventions in Sokolarci and Spancevo

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has launched a new Request for Proposal for the provision of consultancy services to develop and implement Land Re-allotment Plan and to prepare the conceptual design for agricultural infrastructure interventions, building on the results of the feasibility study (FS) carried out Nov.2018 and February 2019.
To that extent, the contractor will:
- Conduct land valuation;
- Develop land re-allotment plan following the majority-based approach;
- Prepare conceptual technical documentation for rehabilitation/construction of agricultural infrastructure;
- Prepare geodetic elaborate for registration of new ownership situation;
- Conduct on-field surveying (stake out) of new parcel boundaries.
Timeframe for the services: 11 months
