Supply, Delivery, Commissioning and Servicing of 2 x Armored Ambulances

1.0 United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit proposals for the provision of Supply, Delivery and Maintenance of 2 (two) Armoured Advanced Armored Life Support (ALS) Ambulances to UNAMI operations in Iraq including: a) Supply of Armoured Ambulances b) Supply of 1 (ONE) year fast moving spare-parts for each ambulance c) Provisions of 2 (TWO) years warranty maintenance service including genuine spare parts and 2 (TWO) years of post warranty maintenance in International Zone, Baghdad, Iraq d) Supply of complete set of Diagnostics Equipment for 1 (ONE) armoured ambulance only e) Supply of Electronic Catalogue for 1 (ONE) ambulance f) Freight & Insurance for 2 (TWO) Armoured ambulances, DDU UNAMI Compound in KUWAIT (INCOTERMS 2000) 2.0 For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly, accordingly would issue Request for Proposal (RFP) with detailed specifications to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI’s requirement. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete the attached Pre-qualification Questionnaire (Annex-A) and an UNAMI Vendor Registration Form (for new vendors only).
