In CLARIFICATION 8, you said that the pole refers to the pole for the solar panel, it is pole mounted solar panel. Does the solar panle mounted pole have specific requirements except the material requirement?For example, how many pole stand on the ground at least, what is the lowest height of the solar panel from the ground, if the breaker fuses switch panel shall be as a pv combiner box installed outside on pole or inside the house?2. For ITB_Section_II_Schedule of Requirements, 2 lights LED with light cover. How many watt does the light need?Thank you for your time. Best regardsAnswer1. We only put minimum requirements as specified in the Schedule of Requirements. We do not want to restrict the requirements more detailed that what has been specified. 2. If you require custom clearance in the destination port, the Incoterms should be DDU. So my questions is as below:1. Please reconfirm custom clearance will be mandatory or not ?2. Please clarify whether CIF MAJURO (not Mili Atoll) will be an acceptable proposal ?Answer1. Yes. We would require that the supplier handle the custom clearance in the country2. Yes. We are extending the delivery time to 15 weeks after Purchase Order date. This update will be included in the amended Schedule of Requirements 2. The payment terms for UNOPS is standard, and we cannot make the proposed change 3. Manufacturer's Authorization Form is only applicable if the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product offered. The appliance and battery are specified at 12V therefore where does the 120V fit in?5) Please could you kindly clarify the operating temperature range for the unit? As the specifications are for a freezer we would not expect to see a temperature of +18 degrees C6) Finally the delivery time of 8 to 12 weeks is very short, ie if a shipment were to come from Europe transit time on the sea alone is nearly 6 weeks, please could you kindly extend the delivery time?Many thanks and we hope to hear from you soon.With kind regards, Answer :1. This refers to the pole for which the solar panel should be mounted to 2. Discharge rate required for the AGM battery is between 15-20 percent but should not reach 20% 3. ITB/2020/14306, could you please provide us the required Freezer capacity, size and a reference picture, as it will be more helpful to us in providing the proper quotation and catalog if we also have this information. Looking forward to your earlier response. Answer :As inidcated in the tender document, the required size is 165 L or similar. We cannot add reference picture of the freezer itself. Best regards
