United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:


As part of "Zhas Maman" (in Kazakh “young specialist”) project of the Government of Kazakhstan, which aims to improve the quality of 180 public TVET (technical and vocational education and training) colleges in 53 most in demand professions in 11 priority industry areas, conduct evaluation of TVET institutions and provide support in preparing training programmes coherent with international standards, including provision of technical suggestions for introducing industry accreditation to TVET institutions and recommendations for necessary equipment.


The evaluation of TVET colleges will include an analysis of the status of colleges regarding the following issues: (i) Organisational effectiveness of the college (systems, management, faculty, finance); (ii) Quality of training provision (training capacity , access, assessment, training materials, teaching and learning); and (iii) Outcomes for learners (destinations, post-learning support, market linkages, achievements, personal development).
