Proposals must be received by latest 13:00hrs on 17/03/2020 Tuesday. Bids received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.

*Please examine the tender document carefully for the submission of proposals. Proposals received in any other manner will be invalidated.
**Please note that the suppliers are not required to provide samples initially. The firms that are shortlisted at the stage of financial evaluation will be asked to provide samples for all of the supplies on the list at a date that will be specified later.
Important Notes:
* Please note that this tender is only open for the local suppliers/companies which is legally registered with the Government of Turkey.
The manufacturers are encouraged to participate in this tender. However, any company, which is legally registered with the Government of Turkey, is eligible to participate in the tender.
* Price proposals will be submitted in Turkish Lira for item line 10 and US Dollar for item line 20 of the tender and VAT Excluded.
* Price proposals will be submitted in hardcopy, signed and stamped by using the attached price proposal template. Bid form in the ITB document (page 3) shall be filled in, duly signed and attached to the price proposal.
*All bidders which will participate in the tender must register and create a vendor profile in the UNGM website: www.ungm.org
Revision#01 – 06 March 2020:
- Price schedule templates have been revised and attached versions shall be used by bidders while quoting for this tender. The revised template requests bidders to quote their proposals for tarpaulins with logo printing and without logo printing. It also requires bidders to indicate their delivery lead time for specific quantities.
- Please note that Price Schedule Template-1 aims to procure a specific quantity immediately and shall be quoted by bidders in Turkish Liras. The template has 1 excel sheet.
- Please note that Price Schedule Template-2 aims to establish Long-term arrangement/s for a period of 12+12+12=36 months and shall be quoted by bidders in US dollars. The template has 3 excel sheets and bidders are requested to fill in and submit all 3 excel sheets in their submissions.
- Sample photos of tarpaulins have been attached to the tender notice.
